- 2 (15-ounce) cans sliced peaches in syrup, undrained
- 1 (15.25-ounce) box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream (for serving, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Assemble the Cobbler:
- Pour the undrained sliced peaches into the prepared baking dish, spreading them out evenly.
- Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the peaches.
- Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
- Sprinkle the ground cinnamon over the top.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve:
- Allow the cobbler to cool slightly before serving. Serve it warm, optionally topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. Enjoy!
