- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Prepare the Shrimp:
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Season with paprika, dried oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper.
- Cook the Shrimp:
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about a minute.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Add Lemon Juice:
- Stir in the fresh lemon juice and cook for an additional 1 minute, allowing the sauce to combine and the flavors to meld.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
